A Successful 35th Herne Bay Angling Association Bass Festival Sponsored by Icom UK
We are pleased to report on a successful 35th Herne Bay Angling Association (HBAA) Bass Festival. The festival took place between August 23rd and 25th, 2024 and despite challenging weather conditions of heavy rain and wind it saw a strong turnout of participants, maintaining its status as a cornerstone of the national fishing calendar. Steve Crimmins won the boat competition with a fish weighing 8.265lb and Keith Maynard won the Beach competition with a fish weighing 4.24lb.
