How to Send Your Icom Radio Back for Repair

Here's how to ensure a smooth repair process for your Icom radio:

1. Pack Your Radio Securely:

• Include all relevant accessories*
• Pack the radio in a strong box with sufficient padding to protect it during transit.

2. Include Necessary Information:

• Download and print our repair form.
• Briefly describe the issue you're experiencing with your radio.
• Include your contact details (phone number, email address, and return delivery address).
• Alternatively, you can write a covering letter with the same information.

3. Address and Shipping:

4. Valuable Radios:

• If your radio is valuable to you, consider using a recorded courier with tracking and insurance.
