I am getting bad audio reports when I use my local 2-metre repeater?

Most 2 metre repeaters in the United Kingdom now are set for 12.5Khz channel spacing, and hence will only clearly accept narrow deviation signals. If your set has the ability then select narrow deviation. Alternatively, if necessary, Icom can supply you with the information on how to reduce your own deviation if you are using an older set.
