Icom Boatshow Competition

Congratulations to the Jennings’ family who won our recent competition. Icom UK in conjunction with Sailing Today offered a fantastic prize of an IC-M33 radio, free admission to the Southampton Boatshow weekend and all expenses paid accommodation at the prestigious, Chilworth Manor hotel.

The family were invited to meet the Icom team to collect their prize on the first Saturday of the boatshow. Leon Jennings said "This was a brilliant weekend. There was something special for all off us. My youngest son enjoyed meeting "The Real Jack Sparrow”. My eldest son dreams of becoming an RNLI Cox so visiting the RNLI stand was his favourite part.. My wife thoroughly enjoyed being pampered during our stay at the lovely hotel. Receiving the IC-M33, an absolutely brilliant piece of lifesaving kit, was my highlight.”

He went on to say "It was a real pleasure meeting the guys at the Icom stand and it was fascinating to hear how the company got started and that it has such a positive future. Thank you so much for a fantastic boatshow weekend".
