Latest Video: Introducing the IP-M60, The World’s First* LTE & VHF Marine Hybrid Radio

We have added a new video to our YouTube channel that provides an overview of Icom's IP-M60, an innovative "hybrid" transceiver that combines the capability of a conventional marine VHF radio, widely used globally for communication between ships and ports/coast operations to ensure navigation safety and a land-based LTE transceiver that connects people over any distance within reach of a mobile phone network.

This new radio solution could be used offshore, in ports, rivers, container ports, harbour authorities, and anywhere maritime and business communications are required. It can also be used in situations such as rescue boats that need to coordinate with search and rescue agencies and in the operation of yacht regattas.
