What is the difference between a two way handportable radio and a mobile two way radio?

Two way handportable radios are generally use for portable operation and are kept on a persons belt or in a pocket....they are commonly known as ‘walkie-talkies’. Mobile two way radios are normally installed in cars, vans or lorries and are used by drivers to communicate with central control point in an office.
