Where are Icom radios manufactured?

Icom radios are manufactured at our two production plants in Wakayama Japan. All Icom radios are put through rigorous in-house quality tests and environmental tests as they come off the line and before shipping. Icom radios marked "Made in China" or made in any another country are fake. Controlling production at our own facilities guarantees Japanese precision and build quality.
