1. Icom UK Ltd warrants to the original purchaser that the supplied radio will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Upon completion of webpage, your radio will be automatically given an extended 5 year warranty from date of purchase. 2. This 5-Year warranty is only available on the following products: IC-M25 EURO, IC-M37E, IC-M73 EURO, IC-M73PLUS, IC-M93DEURO, IC-M330GE, IC-M423GE, IC-M400BBE, IC-M506GE, IC-M605EURO and MA-500TR. The warranty applies to radio unit only and not to supplied accessories. Supplied accessories will have a one year warranty from date of purchase 3. This promotion applies ONLY to purchases from authorised Icom UK dealers between the 14th and 30th September 2020 inclusive (subject to availability). 4. Guarantee excludes failure due to misuse, corrosion, natural disaster, alteration, repair or modification outside of Icom. 5. It is the responsibility of the customer to return faulty items with proof of purchase to Icom UK Ltd or their dealer at their cost. If the requested repair is within the terms of the guarantee, your equipment will be returned to a return address within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland. 6. If the requested repair is not within the terms of the guarantee of if you fail to provide acceptable evidence of date of purchase, you will be contacted and provided with an estimate for repair. Parts, service and transport costs will be passed to you. 7. This guarantee applies to leisure users only. This offer does not apply to commercial users. 8. Without prejudice to the rights of the buyer, no liability is accepted for any consequential loss or damage resulting from failure for any reason whatsoever. 9.
