I have a fault with my Icom radio – what should I do?

All radio repairs are generally carried out by the service team at Icom (UK). Typical labour charges start from £45 including VAT per half hour with parts on top. We do endeavour to keep labour charges to a minimum and can perform an estimate quotation for the cost of the repair, which will incur a charge of £45 including VAT. This is fully redeemable in the event that you proceed with the repair. We strongly recommend you return your radio to us via a service that can be tracked e.g. a courier or recorded delivery and include a description of the fault and your contact details.
