Important information when using a BNC Antenna Adapter

When using a BNC antenna adapter such as the AD-98FSC, ensure you use the correct antenna for your radio. For example, for a VHF radio, you will need to ensure you use a VHF antenna that's tuned to the frequency you're operating on. Using an external antenna can damage your radio if the antenna is not correctly tuned.
