I have a problem with my Icom IC-F2100DS. PROG NG is displayed on the screen and will not do anything. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

The clone file may be corrupted, or the clone write action was interrupted while writing to the radio.

Before writing the clone file to the radio again make sure the frequencies are correct. UHF not VHF, make sure you have a fully charged battery attached and that the clone lead plug and speaker/clone socket is clean. Once confirmed try writing the clone file again to the radio.

If it fails again then other data has been corrupted and may require our engineers to take a look.
