A new addition to Icom’s Marine & Avionics Department
Icom (UK) Ltd has recently made a new addition to its Marine & Avionics Department. Phil Holmes joins the department as a Marine & Avionics Product Specialist.
Phil’s role will include liasing with dealers and customers, attending exhibitions including the recent London International Boatshow and supporting the Marine & Avionics dealer manager, Jon Brooks.
Phil previously worked as a Technical Support Specialist in the company's Commercial department. In this role he amassed a high level of knowledge of radio communications and experience in the company's activities.
On his appointment, Phil said ‘It is a very exciting time to be working for Icom. I am looking forward to the challenge ahead and look forward to working with all our customers.’
Sam Taylor-Nobbs, Sales Manager at Icom (UK) Ltd said ‘Phil was a great asset in our workshop and we are pleased to welcome him into sales department. His technical knowledge and wide experience of radio will be an asset to the Marine & Avionics department.’
