The piece goes through the current and present Icom range giving an explanation of each radio’s features and also useful buying tips.

The article is definitely worth a look if you are looking into getting in on the D-STAR action which offers not just local but UK wide and indeed, worldwide amateur radio communication from a handheld or mobile transceiver.
