I have an Icom IC-A20. My aircraft radio needs to be removed for service and I would like to use my Icom in the aircraft. Would the adaptor OPC-499 fit, and could I connect direct to the aircraft antenna?

Please see enclosed a downloadable diagram to enable you to use a headset with the IC-A20, so you can make your own compatible adaptor. Using the aircrafts external aerial should not be a problem; you will need a BNC adapter to achieve this.
