Key features include a vivid colour TFT LCD with Night Mode for clear viewing in all lighting conditions. It has built-in GPS and NMEA 2000®/NMEA 0183 connectivity. It also supports full dual-station capability via the optional HM-195 series CommandMic™.

The radio features sleek MFD-style mounting for a clean, integrated finish. Screw the unit into place from the front; snap-on side covers conceal all mounting hardware. This mounting method is ideal for console installations and hardtop side pods.

Expand Your Onboard System: Remote Microphone Installation Options
The supplied hand microphone can be plugged directly into the front panel or rear-mounted using the optional OPC-1000 extension cable. For dual-station capability, the optional CommandMic™ provides full remote control from a second position with cable extensions up to 18.3 m / 60 ft and supports intercom functionality between stations. This setup is ideal for sailing vessels requiring a second helm station. A 90° L-type conversion cable is also available to prevent connector stress and damage in tight spaces.

Flexible System Integration
The IC-M430E supports plug-and-play connectivity via NMEA 2000® and NMEA 0183-HS networks, enabling seamless data sharing with onboard marine electronics. When integrated with the Icom MA-510TR AIS transponder, you can transmit individual DSC calls directly to selected AIS targets.

Built-in GNSS (GPS) Receiver & Antenna
The unit features a built-in GNSS receiver with an integrated internal antenna. For installations where satellite reception is restricted, such as inside an enclosed wheelhouse or cabin, the optional UX-241 external GNSS antenna can be added.
