IC-R8600 Communication Receiver Firmware Update (Version 1.38 for non-USA versions)

Icom has released a firmware update (Version 1.38) for the IC-R8600 Communication Receiver.

This firmware is for non-USA versions that have a serial number beginning with other than "02" or "12."
