The IC-F3 series provides a wide selection of options for those customers who are thinking of purchasing an entry-level PMR solution. All the radios support a range of signalling systems with CTCSS, DTCS encode/decode and DTMF as standard.

Both contain 32 channels and include flexible signalling capabilities with CTCSS and DTCS encoder/decoder and DTMF, 2-tone and 5-tone encoder as standard. A key assign function allows the simple controls to be fully customised. Standard options allow the IC-F1000 series to cope even with the biggest radio system. The series are multi-channel and have the added facility of being able to assign an individual identity to each radio. It is then possible to selectively call any single user in your fleet. The IC-F1000 series is to be found in regular use with local authorities, taxi firms, delivery companies and bus or coach operators. The ICF1000 series features the IC-F1010 VHF mobile transceiver and the IC-F2010 UHF mobile transceiver. Both are data compatible, allowing them to interface with many data terminals, while their remote-head capability allows flexible installation. Multiple signalling standards combined with customisable controls and an alphanumeric display make this model ideal for a wide variety of applications. All the vehicle systems are built with a highly dependable die-cast aluminium chassis and polycarbonate front panel making them resistant to impact.
