Icom Appoint New Marine & Avionics Dealer Manager
Radio Communications Company, Icom UK has a new Marine & Avionics Dealer Manager. Jon Brooks has been promoted to this postion and is tasked with developing the company's successful Marine & Avionic divisions. Jon has worked for Icom for four years in the position of Marine & Avionics Product Specialist, a role that he has developed and enjoyed. Whilst working for the company he has built strong working relationships with customers throughout the Marine & Avionics industry. Jon has an extensive background in radio communications, having spent more than 16 years in the commercial and business-to-business sector. His enthusiasm for the Icom brand, his comprehensive knowledge of radio and the industry can be seen when Jon attends PMR and Ham exhibtions and rallies. In his spare time, Jon works at Brands Hatch as part of the voluntary medical services team. He also enjoys boating and walking.On his appointment, Jon said ‘I am looking forward to this new challenge at Icom of developing our sales activities in both the Marine and Avionic market places.’ Bob Stockley, Sales & Marketing Director at Icom (UK) Ltd said ‘We are very pleased to welcome Jon to our management team.
