Icom IC-905 VHF/UHF/SHF Transceiver Announced at Tokyo Hamfair 2022

Icom announced an exciting industry first at the Tokyo Hamfair on the 20th August 2022. Based on its SHF project, the IC-905 VHF/UHF/SHF SDR transceiver will not only cover 144Mhz, 430Mhz, 1200MHz, 2400MHz, 5600MHz but 10 GHz* as well. (*Optional CX-10G transverter required)

Also showcased at the Hamfair was the IC-PW2 HF/50 MHz 1 kW linear amplifier that includes DPD (Digital Pre Distortion) and SO2R (Single Operator Two Radios) functions. Icom released a video and pre-release document about this model as well:
