Job Vacancy: Icom Amateur Radio Product Specialist

Icom UK is currently looking for an Amateur Radio Product Specialist to join our team. Are you a licenced HAM Radio enthusiast who would like to work in our amazing industry?

We're looking for a professional with a good grasp of the Amateur Radio hobby who has excellent communication skills to join our sales and customer service team here at our Herne Bay offices in Kent. If you are part of the Amateur Radio community and enjoy chatting with other HAM enthusiasts both on and off the air, you value good customer service and want to invest in the hobby, this role could for you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaising with our dealers and end user customers.
• Providing technical support and assistance to our customers, both trade and retail.
• Keeping up to date with market and product trends within the Amateur radio business.
• Promoting Icom products, developing our business and maintaining relationships within the hobby.
• Making face to face visits to our dealers and resellers to sustain and expand our business.
• Attend exhibitions and other promotional events to represent Icom and our product range.
