My IC-M506 does not show the correct AIS information on the plotter: the boats are always pointed in one direction. Sometimes the IC-M506 won't pass AIS information to other devices on the same MNEA 2000 network.

Upgrade the IC-M506 firmware to v1.004 or greater. The UX-232 firmware should also be upgraded to v1.007 or greater.
