My order arrived in a box that is not branded by Icom. Why is this?

Every week, we receive many boxes from various suppliers. When appropriate, we reuse these boxes to send orders to our customers so your order may not arrive in a new purpose-made outer packing box. This helps us reduce the amount of new cardboard and other packaging we use.

Wherever possible we use paper packaging inside boxes to protect our valuable Icom products. We hope much of the packaging we send out can be reused.

Any cardboard or paper that we cannot reuse is recycled sustainably through our local waste management company to be remade into fresh cardboard and associated products.
