IC-R8600 SDR Communication Receiver Firmware Update (Version 1.32 for non-USA versions)

Icom Inc. has released a firmware update (Version 1.32) for the IC-R8600 SDR Communication Receiver.

This firmware is for non-USA versions that have a serial number beginning with other than "02".

This latest firmware, designed to optimise performance of this receiver can be downloaded from the following URL:

Please note

• Thoroughly read Section 7. USING AN SD CARD and Section 13. UPDATING THE FIRMWARE of the INSTRUCTION MANUAL and follow the instructions displayed on the IC-R8600 LCD screen.
• The firmware will be updated to the following versions. Main CPU: 1.32
Front CPU: 1.01
DSP Program: 1.04
DSP Data: 1.01
FPGA: 1.10
DV DSP: 1.00
