IC-R8600 SDR Communication Receiver USB I/Q Update for HDSDR (Version 1.01)

Icom Inc. has released an USB I/Q update for HDSDR (Version 1.01) for the IC-R8600 SDR Communication Receiver. In this version Windows 10 version 1803 (April 2018 update) is now supported.

This latest firmware can be downloaded from the following URL:

This update allows you to use the I/Q output of the IC-R8600 with HDSDR (Software Defined Radio freeware: http://www.hdsdr.de/). The software will install the USB device driver for the [I/Q OUT] port and the ExtIO DLL file for the HDSDR.

Please note

• Thoroughly read the instruction guide before installing the software.
• The IC-R8600 needs firmware version 1.30 (non-USA, USA) or later to utilise the [I/Q OUT] port.
