Icom to Assist Kite Surfers Guinness World Record Attempt

Andy Larder, one of the UK’s leading PRO Kite surfers is attempting to smash a world record by kite surfing from Lands End to John o' Groats.

Andy will be supported by a number of companies from the marine industry including Icom UK who are supplying an IC-M73EURO marine hand held VHF to allow him to communicate with his chase boat.

Andy said, ‘I am attempting to break the Guinness book record for the longest distance ever kite surfing and most miles in 24 hrs. To do this I need the right people and companies to support my dream and keep me safe….thank you Icom UK for your support.’
