Icom UK Celebrates 50 Years in Business at Southampton Boatshow!

This year's Southampton Boatshow is an extra special one for ICOM as 2024 marks a momentous year for both ICOM UK and ICOM Incorporated. We celebrate 50 years in business and celebrate our journey from our humble beginnings back in 1974, formed in Dave Stockley’s family home and known originally as Thanet Electronics.

Our golden anniversary coincides with ICOM Incorporated’s milestone, this year they celebrate their 60th birthday and together we are proud of our 110 years of combined expertise serving the radio communication industry in Amateur, Landmobile, Maritime, Aviation, VoIP / LTE and satellite communication.
