IC-M510BB Black Box VHF/DSC Transceiver with AIS Receive Facility
Designed to meet the ever evolving needs of marine enthusiasts and professionals, the compact and powerful IC-M510BB black box marine radio provides a space-saving multi-station, CommandMic and black box configuration. Up to three stations can be installed with the IC-M510BB. All operations, including DSC, can be made from the CommandMic with the central radio unit installed out-of-sight. In addition, the IC-M510BB features an integrated AIS receiver, voice recording function and dedicated DSC Remote Control terminal allowing connection to PC console software or external device.

The IC-M510BB features a multi-station, CommandMic and black box configuration. All operations, including DSC, can be made from the HM-195GB CommandMic, and the RF unit can be installed out-of-sight, up to 60 ft (18.3 m)* away from the CommandMic.

Up to three CommandMic stations can be used with the IC-M510BB allowing you to use VHF radio and intercom functions virtually anywhere on board. You can select one-to-all or one-to-one communication when using the Intercom function. Built-in Class D DSC
With just a press of the "DISTRESS" button, the built-in DSC (Digital Selective Calling) system can transmit distress information digitally to the Coast Guard and/or other vessels. The DSC watch function continuously monitors the DSC channel (Ch. 70) for added safety and security. Integrated AIS Receiver
The integrated AIS receiver helps you find ships heading toward your boat and alerts you of collision avoidance. You can make an individual DSC call to a selected ship from the AIS screens. NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183-HS Connectivity
NMEA 2000 network provides plug-and-play data communication to inter-connect with other marine equipment such as an MFD (Multi-Function Display). The radio can send GNSS (GPS) position, AIS, DSC call, and radio channel to other equipment. Two Minutes Voice Recording Function
The last call voice recording function automatically saves up to two minutes of an incoming call. So, you won't miss any incoming messages. DSC Remote Control Interface for PC Console Software (EN 300 338-8 Compatible)
The IC-M510BB has a dedicated DSC Remote Control (EN 300 338-8 Compatible) terminal, allowing connection to a PC console software or external device. You will be able to centralise emergency communications control. Active Noise Cancelling Technology
The Active Noise Cancelling technology digitally removes background noise from both transmitted and received audio, providing clear communication in a noisy maritime environment. Loud RX Hailer/Foghorn
A built-in 13 W amplifier increases the audio output to an external hailer speaker. The RX hailer function enables you to keep watch of radio traffic on the deck or tower through the hailer speaker. You can also sound foghorn patterns from the hailer speaker. Other Features

The optional COMMANDMIC, HM-195GB/GW, makes it convenient for using the IC-M410BB, IC-M423G/E, IC-M506GE, IC-M510 and IC-M510BB from a separate cabin or tower. The COMMANDMIC can be positioned up to 18.3m (60ft) away from your radio. - MA-510TR
