  • IC-705
The new portable HF/VHF/UHF IC-705 has many great features such as SDR platform, internal battery, GPS, Bluetooth and D-STAR, all in a compact and lightweight body. The Icom IC-705 uses the same 4.3 inch colour touch screen display as the best selling IC-7300 and IC-9700 featuring real-time spectrum scope and waterfall display.
  • IC-7100
In 1995, almost three decades ago, Icom changed the way radio hams thought about mobile HF communication with the introduction of the IC-706. Since that time, the Icom Mobile HF radios have been the Performance HF mobile radio of choice. Now, Icom has once again changed mobile HF communications with the introduction of the IC-7100.
  • IC-7200
The IC-7200 HF/50MHz transceiver maintains all the traditions of high quality engineering that you expect from Icom. Rugged in design and easy to operate, the IC-7200 utilises the latest digital functions including digital IF filter, twin PBT and manual notch filter which are normally associated with more expensive models. The IC-7200 is ideal for field operation or at home in your shack and is designed to be one of the most practical rigs available.

  • IC-7300
The IC-7300 is a revolutionary compact radio that will excite HF operators from beginners to experts. This model has a high-performance real-time spectrum scope and employs a RF direct sampling system. The IC-7300’s real-time spectrum scope provides top-level performance in resolution, sweep speed and dynamic range. While listening to received audio, the operator can check the real-time spectrum scope and quickly move to the intended signal. The combination of the real-time spectrum scope and waterfall function improves the quality and efficiency of HF operation.
  • IC-7410
The IC-7410 from Icom has been designed as a specialised HF/6M transceiver sporting excellent performance and features. The IC-7410 employs a high grade DSP unit and double conversion super-heterodyne system developed from the latest technology found in higher grade Icom rigs including the IC-7600, IC-7700 and IC-7800 series. In addition, the IC-7410 has a built-in 15kHz 1st IF filter and can accept up to two optional filters (3kHz/6kHz). When operated with these 1st IF filters, narrow mode signals such as the CW and SSB modes are protected from adjacent and unwanted strong signal interference.
  • IC-7600
The IC-7600 HF/50MHz transceiver is enhanced with some of the main features tried and tested on our flagship IC-7700/7800 models, highly regarded by Amateur operators world-wide. Add over 45 years of analogue RF circuit expertise and the result is the IC-7600, a new rig with outstanding performance and a multitude of innovative features including a newly employed double conversion superheterodyne system and dual DSP units and 3kHz IF (roofing) filter.

  • IC-7610
Whether it is poor band conditions, or battling to pick out a call in a large pile-up, faint signals have always been a challenge for DXers and Contesters around the world. The difference between putting the QSO in the log or having to try another time is the capability of your receiver. One key factor is the RMDR capabilities, the ability to pick out a faint signal in the presence of stronger, adjacent signals. The IC-7610 introduces dual RF direct sampling receivers, achieving 110dB RMDR, rivalling that of top-of-the-line transceivers.
  • IC-7700
The IC-7700 HF/50MHz transceiver shares many features with its 'big brother', the world famous IC-7800. With two independent DSP units, a +40dBm* 3rd order intercept point and ultra wide dynamic range to name but a few of the features.
  • IC-7800
Icom has developed the flagship model IC-7800 which is a fusion of forty years analogue RF circuit development expertise, with cutting edge digital technology.
  • IC-7850
The IC-7850 'collectors piece' will be produced early in 2015 in very limited numbers to celebrate Icom’s 50th Anniversary. Based on the benchmark IC-7800 the IC-7850 will share many similarities with Icom’s current top of the range IC-7800.

  • IC-7851
Contesters and DXers are always looking for that competitive edge to magically pull out the weak signal that is either that rare country or multiplier they need to climb up the list. Larger antennas, higher gain pre-amps and other devices in line are great. However, what happens inside the radio with all those signals coming down your feedline can defeat all your efforts.
  • IC-905
    The IC-905 is the industry’s first microwave rig in the 144, 430, 1200, 2400, 5600 MHz and 10 GHz* bands. Multi-mode operation in SSB, AM, FM, D-STAR DV/DD, and FM-TV (Amateur TV) is possible. Output power is 10 W on 144, 430, 1200 MHz, 2 W on 2400, 5600 MHz, and 0.5 W on 10 GHz.
    * CX-10G is required for 10 GHz operation.

  • IC-9100
The IC-9100 all-in-one HF/VHF/UHF transceiver covers not only HF, 6M, 2M, 70cm and 23cm* Amateur radio bands, but also a variety of operating modes including SSB, CW, AM and FM. It also features dual band simultaneous reception, satellite mode operation and RTTY decode on the display.
  • IC-9700
The Icom IC-9700 is the first VHF/UHF/1200 MHz transceiver which introduces the RF direct sampling system for the 144 and 430 MHz bands, a real-time spectrum scope and waterfall function. The RF direct sampling system has already provided high performance in Icom's IC-7610 and IC-7300 HF transceivers. In addition, the spectrum scope and waterfall function have been indispensable tools for operators to increase QSO opportunities, without missing weak signals. The radio has many other impressive features including a built-in 1200 MHz band, 4.3 inch TFT colour touchscreen display, full duplex with Dualwatch on separate bands, Satellite mode, D-STAR DV (Digital Voice) /DD (Digital Data) modes and Terminal/Access point modes. Also, a newly designed power amplifier and cooling system provide stable and high-efficiency operation, even when continuously transmitting for a long time.

Our friends at Tech Minds have produced a video that logically goes through the step-by-step process of remote controlling an Icom Amateur radio, more specifically, in this case, the IC-7300, using the RS-BA1 Version 2 remote control software.

The video provides an:

• Explanation of the RS-BA1 Version 2 Remote Control Software and its new features
• Introduction to the RC-28 remote controller encoder.
• Installing the RS-BA1 Version 2 remote control software
• Setting up your computer and radio...in this case, the IC-7300
• Accessing the IC-7300 remotely
