We are pleased to announce that the new IC-M430E Fixed VHF/DSC Marine Radio is now available through authorised dealers and marine electronics specialists throughout the UK and Ireland.

The IC-M430E demonstrates ICOM’s commitment to space saving and underlines that marine equipment can be compact without sacrificing performance or quality. Designed for modern helms, consoles and wheelhouses where space is often at a premium, the IC-M430E comes with many of the features found in our larger radios, squeezed into the smallest fixed VHF chassis available and offering a mounting depth of less than half of previous ICOM models like the IC-M423GE.

Even though it is very slim, the compact and stylish IC-M430E offers impressive performance. It has a bright colour TFT LCD which easily switches between day light and day dark plus a specific night mode, so the display stays clear and visible in sunlight or at night. The front-mount installation system with snap-on edge trims makes flush mounting easy and neat.

• Over 50% Less Depth:
The ultra-shallow body fits in places where standard fixed radios cannot, making it perfect for narrow consoles and RIB steering pods

• Bright Colour TFT Display:
The screen is easy to see from wide angles and has day and night colour options to enhance your vision in all conditions.

• Built-in GNSS Receiver:
Includes GPS and supports NMEA 2000® and NMEA 0183-HS connections, making it easy to add to your current multi-function displays (MFDs).

• Dual-Station CommandMic™ Support:
Works with optional HM-195 series CommandMics so you can control the radio from a second helm or flybridge and use intercom features.

• Full Marine Safety Features:
Includes Class D DSC, 25 W output, Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), a powerful 25 W hailer with automatic foghorn and a built-in VSWR antenna check.

• Protective Accessories:
Protect your installation from salt spray and UV damage with the optional MBZ-3 silicone front panel cover.
